Years ago when I was in Shanghai looking for opportunities, I was being offered to work as an Orientation Consultant from a Relocation Company. I was involved in the process of assisting expatriates to search their ideal home and helping them to settle down smoothly. It gave me great satisfaction to see them settle down happily and it was an eye opening for me to see different types of properties.
Back in Singapore, I decided to go into Real Estate as a Salesperson and till now I never regret my decision. My mentor told me if you like what you do, you will do your best and enjoy your job. I have realized that being able to manage on your own time and being rewarded for your effort is a pull factor to me.
As I gain more knowledge in doing real estate, I found it very challenging and the idea of helping people buy their first home, sell or leasing their property at their expectation, it brings me a great satisfaction.

Passion - I am passionate towards Real Estate business and if you love what you do, you will be motivated to deliver good results or services to your clients. It prompts me to be sensitive to the happening and changes in the economy or new ruling that affect real estate. Work hard to gain client trust and be a sincere and ethical Real Estate Salesperson.
Professional - Being professional means putting client's interest as TOP priority and not personal interest. It is important not to misrepresent and to provide timely and accurate information to the client. Constantly attending trainings, seminars and networking sessions will upgrade your professional network. Hence, a person's ethic and integrity serves a long way to survive in this industry that involves large sum of money.
Preparedness - Always fully prepare to serve client readily and to prepare materials before meeting clients. To fulfill my clients' real estate needs by listening and researching and presenting reports that helps client to make an informed decision.
Perseverance - To persevere and not to give up easily when dealing with failed transactions or rejections. The key to success is to constantly upgrade your skills and knowledge and providing value added services so that you can differentiate yourself from the rest.
I focus in residential sales or rental in both private and HDB and try my best in negotiating the best price and terms for my clients.
I value customer satisfaction and word of mouth referral. Nothing beats a good feedback from client and they refer their friends and relatives to you.
